MAGIK DROPS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (7 Days, Unworn)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Magik Drops hoodie. If the fit isn't perfect or you receive a defective item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the product delivery date.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Defects: Returns will also be processed if the product is received damaged or defective due to transit or manufacturing error.

🛑 **Important:** Items that show signs of wear, washing, or removal of tags are **not eligible** for return or exchange.

2. CONDITIONS FOR NON-ELIGIBILITY (Final Sale)

We aim for transparency in all sales. Please check our size chart carefully before purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or ironing (please follow the wash instructions label).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors.

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.*

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Send an email to care@magikdrops.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Email subject line must be: "Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  3. Clearly state the reason (e.g., Wrong size, Defective item) and the desired action (Refund or Exchange for a different size).
  4. Our team will review and, if approved, provide instructions for shipping the product back to our registered address.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected to meet the "unworn/unused" condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
